The legislation that will remove us from NSW Fair Trading has passed the Upper House of Parliament. If it can pass the Lower House, we say goodbye to NSW Fair Trading. The Government says it will oppose the legislation, but disappointingly it won’t say why!

CHANGE IS CRITICAL

NSW Fair Trading’s lack of industry knowledge adds to the cost of property transactions and fails to protect consumers and support Industry. A Property Services Commissioner, with industry knowledge and experience - who will work cooperatively and constructively with industry - will help all of us, most importantly, the Consumer.
